During my time in Morocco, I’ll be focusing on how we can more effectively empower female students in STEM—science, technology, engineering, and math. My goal is to bring these insights back to develop meaningful professional development for educators, rooted in what I’ve learned. This work will include practical tools and strategies that teachers can apply directly in their classrooms to support equity and engagement in STEM learning.
